Look Up Therapy is one of the best if not the best providers for ABA, OT, ST and TCM in Northern Palm Beach County. My twins who are both nonverbal autistics have been receiving ABA, OT and ST. They have been receiving services in center for almost two years now and they have progressed.

“Look Up Therapy,”has definitely been a blessing to my family. The owner, Mr. Sanon, is professional and very knowledgeable about Autism. He did a complete assessment of my adult son with autism so he could work on target behaviors we had some concerns with.

My son, Lee, has demonstrated significant improvement in his behavior and communication skills. This is due in no small part to the efforts of the therapists, Ashli and Janice, since he began attending Look Up Therapy.

I was referred to Lookup Therapy by my son’s Speech Therapist and I will say, they are God Sent! The Pre Evaluation and Interview was thorough and my input as well as concerns were addressed. Goals were set and my son has soon so much growth in such a short period of time.

The therapist changed with no notice. There is a lack of accountability and the communication is subpar. In Mesa, there is no front desk personnel, and everyone remains in the back while the front doors are wide open, leaving vulnerable children unattended with door locks on the paper thin interior doors. Mind you just a few months ago we had to pass by a dead body, do to a a police shooting to retrieve our children but yet the facility remains unsecured. This establishment urgently requires a competent Director. I have never encountered an institution with so many unnecessary issues. They insist on implementing blocks that lack logic, and they continually schedule meetings with staff, resulting in delayed start times. It is unfortunate that they expect parents to miss excessive work.

My son recently started services for ABA therapy in Phoenix and I have been very pleased. It was super quick to get an assessment scheduled then only took about 3 weeks for the technician to start. My son is excited every day for his technician to come and play. We were on so many waitlists but this was the only place that was able to get us started wuickly.

I attended my son's appointment for a possible ABA therapy. I left the assessment feeling hopeless and overwhelmed. Richard, who was not originally supposed to conduct the assessment, mentioned he "wasn't a psychiatrist or anywhere near a doctor," yet still advised me that my son appeared to be at a level 2-3. It was concerning that Richard, stepping outside his credentials, was offering opinions on my son's level. The assessment didn't focus on what would actually be worked on with my son, but rather on what couldn't be done. As a result, I will not be sending my son here.
