From the very first appointment, Alex Murray made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. I'm a patient of Alex Murray, and she is fabulous! I have never once felt pressured to do or feel a certain way. Our appointments are always filled with smiles and are very positive. She is such an amazing person, and I would recommend her to anyone who needed a psychiatrist. She always goes above and beyond for me, and I'm sure for everyone who talks to her. One night, I was struggling and late at night she helped me get what I needed, but it was past her hours of work and she still took care of me. Thank you Alex!

My 12 yo autistic daughter, with severe anxiety and OCD, has been seeing Alex for about 5 months now and she has been phenomenal! Alex is empathetic, supportive and provides excellent services that not only help my daughter, but my family as well. We have seen much improvement in her anxiety in just a short period of time. The office is very relaxing/inviting and all the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend!

Cara has been a true life line for me. She has helped me identify behaviors and thoughts that I haven’t been able to name or tackle on my own. She is kind and funny and listens. I feel seen and heard and I am so grateful for her. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and not intimidating. The billing, scheduling, and administrative aspects have been professional and easy. I highly recommend this practice to anyone interested in counseling / therapy.
