Mayo Clinic Health System - Outpatient Behavioral Health

The doctors are great, the admin staff is incompetent and insulting. after it got so bad that i complained to mayo ( corporate). I had to fill out an online form to complain and received a snail mail letter 3 weeks later with no contact info to follow up on the matter. in response to my complaint the main office called office on 212 11th street, asked them if they did anything wrong, of course the 212 office said they didn't then they lied about many of the details and added in that they called security on my and escorted me out. this never happened, i think id remember if i had security called on me or was escorted out. since its a behaviour health office i think they get away with poor service by portraying the patients as crazy violent people to be able to dismiss their complaints. I'm not going to get into my medical problems but its based on me having anxiety while driving in heavy traffic while alone. not ptsd or anything violent or anger related. I get really scared in the car by myself. then when i tried to recontact the main office with proof of their lies, including my dash cam footage showing me entering the building at the time i stated( the 212 office said i arrived 45 mins after i did to excuse me waiting over an hour in the waiting room to be told that that they decided to cancel my appointment because i was"late". the main office never viewed the dash cam footage or responded to my attempt to refute the claims made by the 212 office. in the only letter i received on the matter, it told me to contact the 212 office with any complaints....about the 212 office. now im switching all my medical services to gundersen.

They killed my husband in front of Clinic back in 2018 after shooting him up with liquid haldol he bounced off 4 vehicles that were parked in front of the behavioral health clinic he died within minutes after walking out they didn't even hold him after they shot him up with the drug hewas seatbelt and had died with his foot on the gas peda

Their policies is they refused to offer anybody help unless they receive a referral from another department at Mayo. So hopefully you have deep pockets and good insurance, because you're gonna have to talk to people and spend money that you shouldn't have to spend just so you can get the help that you actually want or need. Your hospital should have your non-profit status removed, beause you don't care about people.
