We’ve seen multiple BIs since starting and they’ve all been phenomenal. Our mid level supervisor is also very attentive and responds quickly to messages. The only issue we’ve ever had was with the scheduling department but that’s not handled in house currently, so I’m still giving 5 stars. My daughter has learned and grown so much in just 6 months!
