I looked at the reviews, and I go there. And the person they talking about, I see her too. They are doing a great job for me there. If you are there and you are lying about your problem? And you won't accept help or the feedback that they give you. So you might have a negative response.

Courtney McKinley is an outstanding psychiatrist. She is smart, compassionate, professional, and thorough. She will make sure your overall health is taken care of. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Just awful. I'm still waiting for a response from dr.loeb after reaching out through email and phone call twice. She obviously doesn't think her own profession is very serious. Not only do i not recommend coming here I would encourage anywhere else. I'm seeing most reviews are the same. I went to the allen walk in mental health clinic and was blown away by how much better they are than this location. I'm seeing similar reviews to mine. This is just a 9 to 5 job for this location. Hard pass

I was seeing Courtney McKinley, she is terrible. She just nodes her head and says mhmm to anything you say. She prescribed me medicine that CANNOT and SHOULD NOT ever be prescribed together when MyChart her was told it’s just side effects, major side effects that can lead to death. When brought up to her and how I am reporting she “is no longer seeing me” I told her she is just trying to cover her butt when she knows how in the wrong she is. Keep posted because I am moving forward in my reporting her. Cannot make this up!

Tony started working with my sons in 2021. The first time we met he shared his philosophies about his role in our family and that he has rigid procedures for working with clients and it does not include doing what parents want. His goals are to build trust with his patients and write post-appointment notes so that he doesn’t reveal confidential information clients share with him, and he never testifies in court. If he were to be subpoenaed, he said he’d be the absolute worst witness ever. Tony has experience in different settings and successfully uses his wisdom and stories with clients to help shed light on life. He doesn’t simply follow classic textbook steps of counseling. He brings lessons that former clients learned the hard way during unimaginable circumstances that my sons haven’t experienced so they may learn from others’ challenges. It’s difficult to explain. My sons are teenagers, which is a unique challenge for some counselors. Not Tony! He is gifted at what he does! Unfortunately, he’s so exceptional that his schedule stays full. But, clients come and go, so spots will open when a client achieves the desired milestones and therapy is discontinued or moves;-) Oh! Tony uses play therapy a lot of times. I wasn’t sure how my boys would react to that. Well, Tony knows how teen boys tick, and he has done magic with my sons! He doesn’t play mindless, traditional games. He plays high-level skill games with my intelligent sons. They love it! And, Tony helps children learn to lose because he does not “let” anyone win. So the day one of my sons told me that he beat Tony at #>!#?#£ game, he felt genuine pride in his accomplishment! Tony is a life-saving, life-building partner with his clients who protects them and advocates for them with anyone who enters the circle of care. His practice of behavioral and mental health therapy continually demonstrates the extraordinary expert that he is!
