I am not going to go into details about my recent trip to this facility. But I will tell you that woman Indian hospitalist is a joke, she just throws any med packs she can at anyone hoping that the three will work well together. Well she put me on 3 meds. One for Parkinson’s. One for anger. And one for depression. The one for anger and the one for Parkinson’s when taken together for prolonged periods causes people to have heart attacks. And they are worried about people wanting to commit suicide if this woman continues to practice she will cause someone’s loved one to pass away? She also added a crew other “issues” that I was allegedly there for. I can promise you I will NEVER go back to this place again. The complete disrespect that she exhumed not only towards myself but the other patients in this place is absurd. A lot of the nurses as well were very disrespectful, and yes I understand some people can be real jack wagons when put in a place such as this. The constant cursing and bad attitudes had by all except for a few, to name them Kayla was the best person I dealt with after Laura, and Joyce in the Occupational Health, then there was the social worker, I cannot remember her name I believe she was of Bosnian descent. I am putting this out there so that a lot more people can help advocate for their loved ones and get them the proper care they deserve. Do NOT reply with the generic Copy and Paste to contact you to have someone from your team to call and talk to me. I have sent several emails, and I have received no calls, or emails. You’re supposed to be a Christian hospital.

I've been with Dr Nag for a few years now and she has always been fantastic. Very professional and understanding of my issues and willing to work with me to help my mental health. I cannot recommend her enough for people that want to get a start on taking care if themselves. Plus she's always virtual so it can work with any schedule.

After getting out of inpatient at Eagle View 7/27 for PTSD, severe depression, and severe anxiety, they were supposed to schedule an appt. Almost a month later, nothing. I called the office and supposedly never received referral. Got a phone call after i got things squared away to schedule with Nag. After expressing that I did not like how she was with my boys, never listened, but placed them on med after med, no. I also expressed every time I called I was out of meds. 2 of them I was not supposed to get off cold turkey. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Calling Iowa total care in morning. If I don't, see my name in the obits. That's how much they care about you. They don't.
