The amount of funding my daughter received for materials wasn't the issue, how the company used her money is, on a 500 dollar budget my daughter received old used broken toys, that were missing parts from the set, we received them like that from day 1, lucklily ATAP agreed with us that it was unacceptable and provided our child with additional material funding to be used with the new provider which used her funding appropriately, you are your child's only voice please think twice about using this company and use my experience to learn from. If you think your in a similar situation please reach out to ATAP and the BCBA licensing board, don't allow your child to be taken advantage of, because of this situation and this company ATAP has instituted a new policy to help prevent stuff like this in the future. Response to company owner: The owner only dropped off missing materials that our child was billed for and never received only after multiple complaints to ABC services and getting ATAP involved, till this day we still have the original loaner materials that are broken, if the materials provided by ABC services were adequate and worth the 500 dollars, ATAP would not have given our child additional funding but instead they agreed with us and instituted a new policy to prevent this in the future as well as additional funding to use with the new provider so that our child can get the materials needed. We were never satisfied with the services and treatment from ABC services and since leaving our child has had much more progress.
