Absolutely love this place. She started seeing my daughter about 5 years ago and has truly helped her in many ways. We feel like she’s a big part of my daughters life now and truly cares about her patients. Can’t say enough good things in our overall experience here over the years.

I have just started using the services of MHH Clinical Services. My former audiologist who retired from Total Hearing LLC in Levittown, referred me to Dr Shereeta Williams whom she has known for 20 years. It’s been a great start so far as my current hearing aids.(now my former hearing aids (Resound Lynx Quattro) had to be replaced.) I’ve had the Resound aids almost 5 years and was advised that’s about the general useful life (5-7 years) where you need to consider replacing them as they can only be adjusted so much beyond which they’ve outlived their usefulness. That was my situation. Each battery was already changed 1x. Dr Williams recommended that Oticon’s Intent series had a high degree of development and reputation for high quality performance. I purchased the Oticon Intent 2( there are versions 1-4, with 3 and 4 rated below in quality and performance. Level 1 is premier level but was significantly more than the Intent 2. It has a lever of 4D technology that for one will suppress background noise if you live in a situation where you are in noisy environments for work or social situations. I chose Intent 2. I am more than satisfied with how the Oticon Intent 2 have performed. I am hearing speech better( no subtitles needed with watching TV and reducing the volume of the TV from 17 to 14 in 1 day.) When I turned on the radio in my car I heard bass sounds I had not heard previously and had to lower the volume also as the aids picked up the sound like I was in a concert hall. Lastly the aids are blue tooth enabled and Spotify or any music app can be streamed directly into each aid for incredible sound output and listener experience. Most importantly I felt very confident after being recommended to Dr Williams that I was going to experience a high level of care and concern for my hearing health. I highly recommend considering the services of MHH Clinical Services for your audiology needs, especially Dr Shereeta Williams.

My individual and I had a wonderful experience with the speech therapist Linda ..... My patient is usually Very uncomfortable around New people I found her to be warm kind hearted and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone with similar needs

Hello, I visited MHH for my mother's audiology service, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Dr. Jha was amazing—so patient and calm. He performed the necessary tests thoroughly and was able to get the hearing aid for my mom very quickly. Afterward, both Dr. Jha and his team followed up to ensure she was doing well, which I truly appreciated. The level of professionalism and care is truly commendable. What’s even better is that they offer a full range of therapies, including OT, ST, and PT. I would definitely recommend this clinic for these services. Thank you!
