I took my CPR and First Aid certification course here and had a great experience. The instructor was clear, patient, and very hands-on, making sure everyone understood each step before moving on. The in-person portion was well organized and gave me confidence that I could actually use these skills in a real situation. CPR/First-Aid/AED Training Certification: Penny was my instructor and she was very knowledgeable and well spoken. I recommend taking her class. Followed CDC american red cross guidelines. Equipment and environment was sufficient to learn with. Hands on course with great life-like scenarios to really help learn the material. I definitely feel confident to step up and save a life if necessary.
