Mia has been attending Milestone for 4 years, and during that time they have shown unwavering dedication to her growth and well-being. Her current therapists — Steve, Madison, and Rachel are outstanding. Their patience, creativity, emotional connection, and ability to explain every step to us as parents has made all the difference. They don’t just focus on therapy sessions they focus on Mia’s life. Thanks to their advocacy, Mia now has the equipment she needs to be safe, supported, and mobile: multiple wheelchairs, standers, gait trainers, AFOs, a special car seat, and an adaptive stroller. From the therapists to Michelle at the front desk, everyone genuinely cares. As parents, we feel supported, educated, and respected. Milestone truly loves Mia, and that love shows in everything they do. They are nothing short of miracle workers.

Milestone Pediatric Therapy Services has truly been a blessing for our family. Mia has been coming here for about 4–5 years, and the love, dedication, and care they show her still amazes us every single week. They are not just therapists they are miracle workers. Steve (PT), Madison (OT), and Rachel (ST) have been with Mia for the past year and a half, and the bond they’ve built with her is something special. They treat her with so much patience, creativity, and genuine love. They understand Mia, they advocate for her, and they always push for what’s best for her quality of life. Because of this clinic, Mia has gained strength, better posture, improved communication, confidence, comfort, and happiness. They’ve gone above and beyond helping us obtain essential equipment like wheelchairs, standers, gait trainers, AFOs, a special car seat, communication tablet, and most recently an adaptive stroller. They handled paperwork, insurance, letters, and advocacy every step of the way. Michelle at the front desk is amazing and always welcoming. As parents, we’ve always felt heard, supported, and educated. Milestone doesn’t just care for Mia they care for our entire family. We will forever be grateful for everything they do.

My daughter had the privilege of having Mrs. Besty as her speech therapist for three years. She has been instrumental in enhancing her speech and vocabulary, ensuring that she met all her goals set during her evaluations. Initially, my daughter struggled with producing the final sounds in her words. However, after three years of therapy, she has made remarkable progress and is now excelling in her speech. Mrs. Besty’s unwavering support and dedication have been instrumental in my daughter’s success. She not only helped my daughter but also me as her mother. During her evaluations, Mrs. Besty ensured that I fully understood the progress and goals of my daughter. She also encouraged me to add any additional goals that I believed would benefit her. Our family cherished having Mrs. Besty as part of our team. We deeply miss her and the loving, genuine support she provided.

Both of my children go to Milestone for different therapies and it has byfar been the best experience! My girls love their therapists, since they all are so full of fun and compassionate energy. I love all the therapists and staff at the clinic. Melissa, Steve, Brittney have been treating my son. Whenever they come into the room my son’s face lights up. Melissa is amazing with answering ALL questions from finding other providers to fitting you into the schedules. They truly care about patients and families. I have been taking my son here for a while and wouldn’t trade them. Thank you for caring and making it easier for families who struggle with finding adequate care for vulnerable children.
