My daughter loves it here! I am able to have piece of mind knowing she is happy, safe and being well cared for during the day. The staff is friendly, accommodating and communication is great. I am so excited we tried ABA for my child because this is exactly what she needed.

This place is a joke. Beware and send your children somewhere they can thrive. Update. You can sue them for denying services to your child. Legally they are not allowed. They cherry pick there children here. Get a lawyer. Protect your child from the place and people who are supposed to help them thrive.

My child was denied ABA services by ABC because “my child’s behaviors are too severe” and this was determined simply by me completing the parent survey. They never laid eyes on my child or assessed him for themselves. They said due to the staff being 1:1 ratio that they wouldn’t be able to support him. (My child attends public school currently and the lowest ratio he has is 2:1.) My child is Autistic level 3 and nonverbal with aggression. If you fill out this form and it looks anything like mine, then just move on. They clearly only want level 1 or 2 autistic children that have no behavior issues. Which is unrealistic. This is the whole point of ABA therapy is to help with behaviors like this.

My 4 year old son has been going to ABC for over a month now and he absolutely LOVES it! He is so excited for school every single morning when I drop him off. The staff has made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! I love that after I drop my son off I don’t have to worry because I know how attentive the therapists are and how kind they are to my son. Sometimes he runs into school and doesn’t even look back because he is so excited! He is also non verbal but I have already seen improvement on some communication skills like pointing to things he wants and a lot more eye contact. I am so happy that I made the decision to start ABA therapy for my son at Action Behavior Center. It has truly exceeded my expectations!

To say this place has been a god sent would be an understatement. The level of attention and care the staff puts into my son and his development is absolutely astounding. My son has been in attendance here for about 6 months and he has had so much improvement, and I give the credit almost entirely to the staff at ABC Schertz. The people that are on my son’s team go above and beyond daily. It’s hard to put into words how much I appreciate and admire the folks at ABC. Getting my son into ABA at this facility was the best choice for our family, and I am so grateful for all of them.
