I still have not had an evaluation for me and my daughter. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and all they did was put me on a waiting list. I dont understand why there is such a long waiting list to get an evaluation done.

Have called multiple times. Did the intake packet and still cant get on there schedule for the past 3 months. Ill be using a different option at this point.

I don't think 2.3 stars is accurate for UTBS, which is why I decided to write this review. I have two children on the spectrum whom currently receive services through UTBS and although, at times, with staff changes and new staff things don't go as well as what they could, I feel that all of the staff care and try their hardest. My children have been going here for the last two and a half years. I can definitely see improvement in their behaviors, communication skills and social skills. It might be little by little, but every little bit is a win. They are also engaged in growing their team of board certified behavior analysts, which I feel is a must to ensure each client of theirs gets the most out of the treatment, as well as ensuring that they can continue to take on new clients as they come in. Thank you, to the staff of UTBS! You are a life saver in our community we appreciate all of your hard work! Keep it up!

We have loved working with UTBS. Our son was able to get in to an appointment for diagnosis within a few weeks and into services super quick after that, a crazy contrast to the 9 months were were waiting just for a diagnostic appointment out of state. They have worked with us to get insurance to offer more service hours and kept our kiddos safe during this crazy pandemic.
