Amazing Place! My grand daughter didn't talk and since she started with my Favorite Rbt Emila she's talking,playing and showing Love. I Love this center and home service too. A plus that they opening a center in Winter Haven! God bless the staff!!

Dr. Jones is fantastic! We've came to this office for psychological testing for years and always have a positive experience. She is great with kids and does professional testing and evaluations. 1,000% recommend coming here. They also do therapy and can do testing for ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, IQ tests, etc. They accept Soonercare (no referral needed just give them a call!) If you have trouble contacting via phone (I never have once I leave a voicemail) you can always send an email and that is sometimes faster. The only thing I will say this office is not great at is the learning issues/disability and dyslexia testing. Dyslexia specifically should be done by a speech pathologist I've learned. I went here to get this testing done and I was told yes they could and then after the testing was told they couldn't due to other stuff my child had going on. I went to get more in-depth testing for language stuff at the place she recommended and they told me to get my child tested for dyslexia. I had to go elsewhere to get the dyslexia testing from a speech pathologist. My child was diagnosed with dyslexia but Dr. Jones said she wouldn't be able to diagnose or test for it for another year because she didn't do it in the original tests like I asked and she can only do them once a year. If I had waited that whole other year my child would have been even further behind in reading and be struggling a lot more so I did not appreciate that it wasn't done when I requested and other places said she needed the test and she was actually diagnosed with it. So if you are looking for that this is not the place but they are great with everything else. I still stand by my 5 stars.

I accidentally missed a call from this child development center on Friday and I have called and left a voicemail everyday and I have not received a call back it's now Wednesday. What do I do? Do they have a manager or someone I can speak with all I'm trying to do is get my son his evaluation so he can get the help he needs....
