The staff is always prompt at answering your questions or call backs, helping you get refills and prescriptions quickly, and collaborating with the family on plans for treatment. They've been so warm and compassionate all the way through. Jean and Lilly at the front desk always have great customer service at the hillsboro Location. Our provider mental health has been accomodating in so many ways and never hesitates to make time to chat with me throughout the week to address mental health concerns. Man, the OT staff is well educated and helpful as well. Ive always felt at ease when discussing hang ups regarding medication too with their Naturopath in Oregon City. They've helped us tremendously in navigating the challenges of raising a special kiddo. Thank you NEURO!
