New England Medical Group of Brookline

Back in November of 2024, I was recovering from a broken tibia that left me bedridden for months. I was using substances and isolating myself to cope with all the pain I was in. NEMG Brookline took me in and gave me the option to come in person or online, which made it even easier to access the care that I needed. I did this program for around seven months and it was probably the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I stopped using and started living again. NEMG made my recovery possible and the staff are incredible! Such a caring environment and it was extremely bittersweet to leave. If you are feeling lost, please do yourself a favor and give group therapy a try. It's SO worth it!!! Also shoutout Nicole for always having my back

I am writing today to let tell everyone that our experience with New England Medical Group of Brookline has been an amazing journey for my son and we could not be happier at how far he has come! They gave support, friendships, encouragement and the ability to see himself as I do! An amazing strong loving caring young man. We will always be grateful for the staff and support each and every person has given him Especially Nicole Jeff, Evan, Elisia, D, Jackie, Isabelle and Meghan. Thank you all once again! I hit rock bottom right before this program. I’ve been out for nearly 7 months so far. They truly helped me change my life around in more ways than 1. I was so against therapy for the longest time, especially group therapy. I slowly but surely improved and now I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life! Shoutout to Nicole, Megan and Jackie for everything they do. NEMG saves lives!!!!!

This company is extremely unprofessional. They breached ethical care guidelines by terminating my family member’s treatment with no notice, in effect throwing her on the street. Clinical malpractice? They said they would accept them back after a third party assessment, and then immediately reneged after that. They cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs
