My son has been getting services here for over a year now and I could not be happier. He has come so far and even better, he is so proud of himself! Everyone here truly cares about him and his future and they go above and beyond to help our family. Unfortunately Charleston has very low standards for ABA and therefore that is what children on the spectrum get and owners of company such as this one take advantage and is all about money and not about helping your child thrive. At the beginning they start as a great company and soon after you will be able to see the true colors of this this company. Sad

The women named Tiffany Pettigrew who called the owner “heartless” was actually never a client. She had a car accident near the building and parked her car in parking lot after the fact, and was blocking clients and employees from exiting the property. When asked to move her car so people could exit, she refused. Her review does not reflect the integrity or commitment New Horizons offers.
