The employees that I have worked with at NYFAC are very non responsive and act as if they don't care. I have sent emails which they do not respond to and they call you with an attitude as if I am interrupting their day. Totally do not recommend this place.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Piece by Piece. The owner, Ashleigh, is wonderful, and my son's BCBA, Julie, is phenomenal. Not only is she on point and goes above and beyond to make sure that my son's programs are meeting his needs exactly where needed, she also addresses any difficulties that we are having at home. Then there are the techs...you know a place is good when the turnover is low. The techs are simply amazing. It's very apparent that this is more than a job for them. They care SO much and I feel fantastic having my son in their care. I would give more than five stars if possible. If you're looking for a place for your ASD kiddo in Sanilac County, or even if you're local to the Port Huron area, I implore you to check out Piece by Piece. You won't be sorry. My son has blossomed under their care.
