Pam has been life changing for us! Neither one of us had faith in therapy from previous experiences - she is so down to earth and a very genuine person - we are so blessed to have met her! She has helped us with everything from childhood trauma’s to relationship advice to help with parenting - she has been a true blessing. Can’t recommend her enough. ❤️

Kristin has been very helpful and insightful in my personal growth and healing. She is open to many different modalities of treatment and will tailor the therapeutic process to what is most helpful for the individual. She is kind and compassionate but will also gently challenge thought processes and behavior patterns that may not be helpful. She offers both in person and virtual visits making it very convenient to schedule an appointment. I have made tremendous progress since being under Kristin's care. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about Kristin and her practice. I struggled to with finding help and admitting I needed it but Kristin made the process easy and beyond comfortable. Kristin goes the extra mile on everything, ensures that every session is beneficial, and takes incredible strides to teach me the tools I need to succeed in managing my issues. She also has the uncanny ability to make everything relatable to my situations so they that don't feel foreign and she's very easy to talk and open up to. 10/10 would recommend, especially for first responders and veterans.
