I had really bad experience with billing they charged me according to them all the copayments at once and later they charged me again, now according to them I owe money but they never gave me my statement and they never answer and i being dealing for couple months. Poor service

The lobby is excellent, you, and everyone else can hear what your therapist thinks about you during their discussion with whoever is at the front desk. Would have one starred if not for the other practitioners.

The staff at Northstar are very professional and attentive. Dr. Ahmed is very GREAT and listen with intention to hear and understand your feelings and concerns. I feel if anyone is at a cross-road, need to be heard, understood and get whatever guidance through that process this would be the staff to help you. Thank you Northstar !!!
