Dr trasko is a healer. She has helped me heal from my useless behavior and thought patterns. I didn’t know how to talk about my feelings such as sadness. I didn’t cry. I didn’t understand why my romantic relationships were so hard. And why do I freeze during emotionally intense experiences. I didn’t even realize I was a people pleaser and how that was holding me back in life.
