We stayed with them for about 1 year. The clinician cared more about the relationship between my ex and myself rather than our son and his needs. The clinician worked as a family/couples counselor prior to Ocean State. Then to top it off the worker we got started to lose his patience with our son and would scream and yell at my son as well as driving my son around so the worker could do his errands instead of working with my son outside the home. The worker had 3 jobs including this and only talked about money and his nights going out. My son came home crying, tears in his eyes telling me that his worker screamed at him one day. Come to find out the worker was a mutual friend of my ex and she said she always thought he may have bi-polar but we still gave him a chance. Mental illness is dangerous if not being treated and this worker clearly has no healthy coping skills. I cancelled services when my son came home crying and told me everything. Now we have been without services for 6 months and on waitlists but even if we stayed and got a new worker we still had that one and only clinician so we left.

Digusted with this agency. Was with them since March 3rd and no worker. Couldn't find staff offered to come out 3 hrs a week. Told multiple people they wouldn't close my case for my son and within 5 days I got a letter. Clinician also told my father to put headphones in his ears if he didn't like what she was saying. 5 months of evaluations and you came out 1 time... disgraceful!

Look I was treated like a ping pong ball. collage Community Services has a high employee turnover. If you are looking for a steady therapist don't use this place. About every three months you will be given a new therapist because the one you had left the company. Try starting from scratch every three months with a new therapist for over 2 years. I accomplished absolutely nothing and if anything I'm more I've gone backwards and did not make any progress as a matter of fact, I'm worse off from going there. If I had one thing I could take back it would be to never have gone there. Oh you have to have a regional coordinator who will leave after a few months and you will be forced to see a new RC.. my wife just quit Collage Community Services today! Her RC left the company and they we're going to force her to see a RC that talked down to her and belittled her. My wife had to quit because the director Derrick said she would have to see that RC. So let's run this back Collage Community Services is supposed to be there to help you with your mental health but they are going to make you see someone that mentle messes you up. Derrick would not give me a number to corporate and said we can fill out a grievance form. It probably goes to him. If you care about your mentle health then DON'T GO TO COLLAGE COMMUNITY SERVICES

Office is uncooperative with writing of psychiatric scripts, even when the appointment was made and then will direct to high plains urgent care for medical treatment. This is beyond the third time we have been told to go there. Incompetent care-giver who won’t hold up their own accordance’s made. I was a grumpy grump: sorry Edited to four stars for effort in care But minus one due to sometimes conflict in scheduling due to availability

Mile and Sabrina get 5 stars. Facility itself, 2. Mike is a great therapist, Sabrina great nurse practitioner, dr Connery said he “didn’t understand me” not cool Melissa needs to go, incapable of doing her job then talk condescending to me This is a mental health facility I’m just beyond tired of drs not listening, not getting to know you and throw absurd labels at you. Need more compassion and empathy

I'm trying them again I hope Brianna is better than Nicole and Jessica from Tehachapi. They were unprofessional and not patient when patience is a must when dealing with mental people like me. I filed a grievance against Jessica to Miranda and Miranda was helpful and understanding. I met Breeonna Friday was very nice and have a zoom meeting tomorrow with her. Remember Jessica and Nicole from Tehachapi are the worst.Breeonna has been sick for a long time and so has my recovery coordinator but I reached out to the office and asked for a fill in therapist and Amber has really helped me with my coping skills. I pray for a recovery for Breeonna and my RC so I can say great things about my RC that I haven't had a chance to work with yet. Only met her once

I expected an unprofessional, small operation as this place is state/county run and they're in the middle of nowhere. I was amazed to find that the staff were super friendly, the therapists were very experienced and professional. There was a play area for kids, and the facility is actually quite large. I would give five stars, except my complaint is that I was supposed to receive a call back for a follow-up visit within one week of the initial visit, and I never did get a call. Also while I was in the waiting room, someone else showed up very upset that she had been trying to contact someone in the office for months, was told 4 times she would get a call back, but never got a call back. So this seems to be an issue for the office. Otherwise I was very pleased.
