The Optima employee answered the phone rude and confrontational. I tried to explain my situation to get guidance and I was quickly cut off to ask me my insurance information, after telling her Cigna I was cut off and told she couldn't help me.

I would not recommend working for this company. The owner harasses and puts down their employees creating a Hostile work Environment. Anybody looking to work for this company please be advised.

Apex Behavior Consulting has been an incredible support system for our family for over four years. My son is autistic, and Apex consistently went above and beyond to match him with therapists who were not only highly skilled but also a perfect personal fit. The therapists truly became a part of our lives — people my son loved and trusted deeply, and who felt like extended family when they were in our home. The communication was always excellent. Apex kept me informed, listened to our concerns, and worked closely with our entire family. When we blended families, their guidance and support during that transition were invaluable. Our BCBAs were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and involved. They even attended IEP meetings with me, which made a world of difference in ensuring my son had someone else advocating for him and helping us navigate everything. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, expertise, and genuine commitment Apex provided. They made a lasting impact on our son and our family, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking thoughtful, dedicated ABA support.

Our son is an adult and had been getting some behavior help through Jackie. We have a long history through the state and the nature of his health. I gave full transparency of our families unique situation to Jackie. We have been supported through state mediators who have been our advocate for many years. Once we revealed everything to Jackie, she reported my family to Adult protective services, stating that we were abusing and neglecting our 24 year old son. The case was immediately closed but Jackie believes things written by trolls on the internet more than she believes families. Very immature, terrible researcher, acts like she knows more that the families that live with their disabled child.
