Our son was on the waitlist for services shortly after Kelberman established a presence in Utica. Although we were said to be near the top of the waitlist, we never got services even 18 months later.

We saw a huge improvement in the 2 years my grandson attended. The staff really cares about the children. The communication is top notch. Billy jo is all about working towards goals for the children. This includes communication with the school and the parents . She works as a team with everyone involved in the child's life, I would definitely recommend Pathways . After reading the negative reviews , Its nice to know Billy jo is selective on who she accepts. Knowing that he's not put in harms way is one less thing to worry about. Billy jo and her staff are wonderful. We saw a huge change , however it took all of us working towards common goals. I would highly recommend ( and I have) Just be ready to work just as hard for your child as Billy jo and her staff does.

Look at the owner- Billie Jo’s personal google reviews. If you talk to her directly prepare to be lied to. The reviews speak for themselves and speak volumes. We pulled our son after a year of attending without hesitation or a second thought for a reason whether she wants to admit that or not (will not be discussing over internet). If they cannot handle your child or the behaviors that they helped create; your child will be made out to be the problem. There is no accountability. Love the front desk lady miss KC though, and a few employees.

Completely wasted me and my sons time. Did a phone screening, then they told me that we would be a good fit and scheduled a meeting with the doctor. The doctor heard me explain my son’s needs for 5 minutes before turning us down and giving us a recommendation elsewhere.
