First time here and the check-in process was easy and staff were very friendly. We arrived early and they were able to see us right away! The lady who did our intake appointment was super friendly and professional.

I give our RBT 5 stars, but Perfect Pair and their billing department get 0 stars. The lack of the transparency in cost for services along with the back billing over 9+ months is not okay. I do not recommend this company until they can actually get their billing and pricing under control along with their communication.
