Pediatric NDT & Si Therapy

This review is to expressed my concerns regarding both the provision of therapy services and the billing practices associated with my child’s care at your facility. First, I would like to address the repeated last-minute cancellations of occupational therapy sessions. Over the past year, we experienced multiple instances where therapy sessions were canceled with only one to two hours’ notice. As working parents with structured schedules, this created significant disruption. Consistency is critical for therapeutic progress, and repeated cancellations without adequate notice or appropriate coverage undermined both the continuity of care and our trust in the service being provided. After I raised concerns about these cancellations, the frequency appeared to increase rather than improve. Additionally, other therapy services began experiencing similar scheduling disruptions. This pattern ultimately led us to terminate services due to lack of reliability and professionalism. Secondly, I have serious concerns regarding billing practices: • My credit card was charged twice at the beginning of services. Although the duplicate charge was acknowledged, I was informed the overpayment would remain as a “credit” rather than being refunded. • Despite removing my credit card from file due to that incident, my husband’s credit card remained on file without clear authorization or notification. • We stopped receiving payment receipts via email, which eliminated transparency regarding charges. • Charges were processed without direct notification. • Following termination of services, an additional $15 charge was processed without prior authorization. These actions raise significant concerns about billing transparency and authorization procedures. Extremely fraudulent. Do not leave your card on file with this company

Edit: Sad to say that the review I previously wrote is no longer accurate. After being there for so long we started to get a new fee charged to us, a “feeding” fee. My son does feeding therapy and now even tho we pay for the therapy we have to also pay a fee for it. This was our last straw at this place. All the fees add up and are never claimed to your insurance for you to get credit for to be able to reach your out of pocket balance. We asked to be discharged and today we were charged a monthly “facility” fee even tho my kids should not be enrolled here anymore. I called and spoke to Heather who’s is snarky and disrespectful. This place has really gone down hill since they moved to the new building. The therapist are still amazing no doubt and it sucks to not be able to work with them anymore but the owners and the managers are a different story. Cutting edge is one of a kind. We have been taking our children here for 2+years. The therapist are amazing. They have so much patience for kids and they are all so kind hearted. What I love most about this place is that they work with your schedule and budget to not only make sure that your kids are getting the therapy they need but also you’re not struggling to pay for therapy. I would 1000% recommend this facility to anyone looking in to it.

We love Cutting Edge! My grandson, he’s 4, is a client and is doing SO good! He loves his therapist and they love him! Everyone has such wonderful patience and explain everything!! They are also great with all my questions 🤪 thank you for being so so helpful with our journey💙

Cutting Edge has been the Gem I had been searching for, for my son! We’ve had nothing less than exceptional service and courtesy here! From day one I felt right after my son’s evaluation we were in the right place to help him achieve his goals, his therapist was very thorough and explained the results and the plan very well! The reminder texts/calls, the amazing/clean/extensive facility of assistive devices/tools, everyday living environments, gyms, pool, welcoming/friendly staff and parents, are just the tip of the iceberg of how great Cutting Edge is overall. We’ve been attending for about 2 months now and plan to keep it going!
