Phase One Behavioral Solutions

I was apprehensive and nervous when making the decision to begin ABA services for my son. I can say with confidence that I chose the right company with Phase One Behavioral Solutions. I had interviewed other companies and was warned that the experience can be intrusive, difficult on the child as they resist change and I feared the worst. My experience has been quite the opposite. I appreciate the small company approach, Kristen the owner has provided services personally and I can't say enough about how committed, caring and conscientious she has been. She really made me feel at ease with the process , has taken my opinion into account when designing a plan and executing it. She has been very sensitive to making sure I'm comfortable with all aspects. I've watched her cultivate a friendship with my son, she plays with him, has built trust and really praises him as he accomplishes his goals. She has become part of our family and I can truly say that she has been as much a help to me as she is to him. I would highly recommend Phase One Behavioral Solutions.

If you’re looking for an ABA therapist you can trust, Kristen is it! My husband and I have heard terrible things about a lot of other ABA therapy companies, so we were very apprehensive about setting our sons up with therapy. We met Kristen and immediately knew that our sons would be very well taken care of. Kristen is experienced, patient, knowledgeable, she goes above and beyond to make sure we have the support we need for both of our kiddos and we’ve seen so much improvement in our kiddos behaviors. Run, don’t walk when choosing Phase One!

The staff of Phase One Behavioral Solutions are experienced, as well as patient yet persistent when working with my son. Kristen was willing to coordinate with his school in making sure everyone's approach to working with my son was consistent.

Do NOT trust you child in this doctors care. She will NOT report drug & alcohol abuse in a home of minor child. She will constantly give you the run around with improper dates of your child’s care. She lies about getting the proper services started for the next level of care. She does unethical things like filling out paperwork wrong and will not correct her mistakes or send you copies of your child’s paperwork for your records.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE AND NEVER WILL. JAMIE IN BILLING IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS OFFICE AND I KEEP GETTING INVOICES. IVE CALLED AND SPOKEN WITH THIS MAN MULTIPLE TIMES AND HE KEEPS TELLING ME HE IS GOING TO HANDLE IT YET IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF. THEN WHEN I CALLED AGAIN HE WAS SO RUDE AND SAID MY ACCOUNT SHOULD GO TO COLLECTIONS AND IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE EMAILS THEN I SHOULD IGNORE THEM LIKE I DID MY APPOINTMENT. ONCE AGAIN IVE NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. DO NOT GO HERE
