I wish they take medicaid and insurance. Currently they don't take either, none.

I have taught several play therapy courses with Kelly Miller. She is an amazing teacher, facilitator, and therapist. Kelly easily connects to those she works with, providing them support, compassion, and learning.

They charged me for a missed appointment after my daughter had NO Telehealth link in her portal. She confirmed her appt that morning via text and yet no link in her portal. The portal says she has no appt at all so we immediately began calling. No answer, we left multiple voice-mails and still 4 days later have not received a return call but they charged me $87 for the missed appt. I just called again and again, no answer. This is after they had booked my daughter for her first session only to call that day and tell us that she has been incorrectly assigned to a Therapist that couldn't see anyone under 18 so she had to wait for another appt. We gave them a second chance after that but clearly shouldn't have.

They forced me to go through a tedious online-only intake process for new clients where I told them I was going through my EAP, they took a week to get back to me, requesting more and more information via email, and then let me know they aren’t taking new clients from my EAP. Thanks, that could have been a 2 minute phone call. 0/10 Edit post response: the issue is not that you that you don’t accept the EAP. I have no problem with that. The issue is the time and energy I spent communicating and gathering information and the painfully slow response time from y’all when it all could and should have been a quick call. No I don’t want to talk to your clinical director, ESPECIALLY via email. Good lord.

I've been a patient here for about two years! From day one, I have appreciated how pleasant the front desk staff is when I call with questions! The text and email corresponding is very helpful.Even if they are busy, they let you know that your time is important as well. Today I was helped by Gayle. She was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Great job ladies! 👏🏻 Keep up the good work!

Wonderful office! Everyone working here is extremely sweet. I love the child friendliness of the office. Haley Darling is the sweetest counselor I've had!
