Pro Staff Physical Therapy, NJ

I had a first time appointment scheduled for 7:00 PM and was asked to arrive about 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. To be prepared, I completed the questionnaire they sent me via text link about my pain scale ahead of time. I also downloaded, filled out, and printed all required new patient forms in advance. These forms are on THEIR website. At 6:38 PM well before my scheduled appointment time, I received a call from the front desk asking if I was still coming. I was already by Clifton Ave, by the Hallmark Store to arrive around 6:40 PM, with all paperwork ready, so this call felt unnecessary.

I have been going to PT at Pro Staff for therapy for my knees prior to knee replacement surgery and Conor has been preparing me so I am strong going into the surgery and he has been a positive calming voice encouraging every visit. Conor is also very personable and professional.

My son has been going to PTA in Robbinsville for just under 6 months. We’ve see such great strides in his development and he absolutely adores his therapist Miss Kiki! I also can’t fail to mention his other therapists Miss Amanda and Miss Madison. All of them work with my son in such a special way and I have comfort in knowing he’s always cared for and his needs put first.

The therapist at PTA are amazing! My daughter is fortunate to have a caring and compassionate team of therapist who properly supports her. Mary Catherine, Gabby, Ms. Love, Liz, Jenna, Elizabeth, Madison, Kiana, and Alexa are all amazing and I’m completely grateful for their patience, dedication, and constant support.

My children haven’t even had their first session yet. But I just had to shout out Alicia. I was having a horrible day and her upbeat demeanor along with charismatic personality was felt through the phone. I shared I wasn’t having the greatest week and her pep talk gave me something to look forward too. And of course she was also thorough with explaining my medical benefits. I share this because there are so many times when you love the medical team but have a love/hate with the admin/office supports. I have yet to step into the office but based on Alicia’s pleasant demeanor I’m hopeful the rest of team is just as good.

My 4-year-old son recently graduated from PTA Robbinsville after nearly a year of OT with Jenna D. We loved working with her because she was SO energetic, warm & patient which made a huge difference for my son, who can be slow to warm up and struggles with transitions. She made him feel comfortable and excited to participate in activities. We saw such progress, and I liked that she kept us informed after each session. Would definitely recommend Miss Jenna to anyone seeking OT for their child.

The staff is talented and skilled. The clinic is bright and inviting. From the first steps in the door you are treated like family!
