I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve been waiting since January for my 18-month-old son to start physical therapy, but this facility, Health Corp, kept blaming the insurance company, claiming the authorization was still “pending.” In reality, they were just too lazy to resubmit the paperwork, and instead of fixing their mistake, they canceled the entire process. They don’t care about their patients—just the money. I had to be the one constantly calling for updates because they never once reached out to me. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I wouldn’t waste my time here—they pick and choose who they want to treat. From the moment you enter Proactive you can feel the clinic's warm and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately helps both parents and children feel comfortable and calm. The environment is brightly colored and designed with kids in mind. The staff at the clinic are all exceptionally knowledgable and extremely kind and loving. Each therapist, whether speech, occupational, behavioral, or physical, is highly trained and brings a deep understanding of pediatric developmental needs. What I really love was their interdisciplinary approach. All different therapy professionals work closely together to provide comprehensive care and establish a holistic approach. Overall, Proactive provides a nurturing and professional environment that helps children of all ages achieve their developmental milestones.
