We are very happy and so lucky to ave found Proven, Our son is doing so well after only three months and he loves it so much he is always happy going in the center in the mornings and sometimes he does not even want to go home when we go pick him up.Everyone is so great and we are so thankful for all the staff you can tell they are all very dedicated, loving and caring. Our son has improved so much in such short amount of time and we cant wait to see what the future holds. Thank you so much proven you are changing lives!

I called needing help for my 9 year old for sensory processing disorder. They told me that they could do OT to help him and they took our ins. They said someone would call within the week to do an intake. Never got a call. I called back after a week and they send me papers to fill out , which I couldn’t do on computer as I was told. I called a few days later , they then send the right things to have me fill out. Again told to wait until someone called me to set up appts. 4 weeks later , many emails, many phone calls with them apologizing for they delay, I finally spoke to a Rachel the OT who told me it would be another 3 weeks until she could do an intake (not even an appt) she said If I found somewhere else to go then I should go. She called me the next day and said that they weren’t actually licensed to deal with sensory processing disorder and that I would instead need to find another place. Complete waste of my time and my son who still hasn’t gotten help he needs.

I don't think I could have chosen a better place for my son to go to ABA therapy. The facility is nice, the staff is even better. I just love the diversity and the wonderful work they do with all the children they see. If you are looking for a great place to send your child for ABA, this is definitely the place.

Proud Moments truly feels like a second home for my kiddos. It’s such a warm, family-like environment where they feel comfortable and supported. My children have learned how to express and manage their emotions, share with friends, and play cooperatively with peers. Proud Moments has also helped with potty training and occupational therapy skills, such as brushing teeth regularly and learning to write. This is our third ABA clinic, and it’s by far our favorite! We’ve been part of the Proud Moments family for over a year now, and we’re so excited to see their continued growth and success!

My 4 yr. old granddaughter has been receiving ABA therapy at Proud Moments for 1 1/2 years and she has made amazing progress. Proud Moments ABA has been so good for her that both Pediatrician and Occupational Therapist have recommended Proud Moments to others considering ABA. Like all caregivers, when finally handed a diagnosis, we were lost and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully, we were already getting services through TEIS for “failure to thrive,” having a feeding tube and not meeting developmental milestones. We learned about ABA through a TEIS coordinator. I looked at all ABA options in the Knoxville area and made numerous phone calls. All ABA programs had a waiting list and the process of jumping through insurance hoops isn’t fast, either. I went with my gut when choosing Proud Moments and it has really paid off. She was nonverbal when she started ABA and was in Speech Therapy. The therapist ordered a communication device before she started ABA. In the time it took to get the device (again, insurance hoops) she started ABA, had to stop Speech Therapy (scheduling etc.) and was speaking before the communication device arrived. ABA is not speech therapy but they were able to tap into something with her and work on other aspects, allowing all the pieces to fall into place. There are still struggles, and they change, and sometimes old behaviors reemerge but the RBT and BCBA are always there to help work with her. I definitely recommend Proud Moments ABA to anyone with a child with autism.

My daughter has been attending this ABA therapy center for two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the progress she has made. The team is professional, caring, and truly dedicated to helping each child succeed. One of the things we value the most is that they have bilingual RBTs, which has been so important for our family. Communication is always clear and supportive. We have seen incredible growth in her skills and confidence. Highly recommend this place to any family looking for quality ABA services.
