My son was supposed to be seen here my a woman named Emily. Emily has canceled our last four appointments in a row for a month. We saw her once for intake and even that appointment was moved up. Since then everyone has gotten canceled the day of or before. I asked if I could change counselors and was told no. Thankfully we are going to be seen else where soon. I highly suggest they change their policy as this is not acceptable for someone seeking help with mental health. Imagine looking forward to this and every appointment being canceled. I cannot believe they are allowing someone who is so inconsistent to service struggling youth.

My daughter is seen by the therapist and Dr here. I called, I'm authorized to speak for her, and the receptionist was very rude, said the people in line in front of her took priority over her answering my call. Very rude, uncaring people to be in the mental health field.

I have had a more positive experience with my therapist and current doctor than I have ever had in any other. Doctor Rowe and Eve provide my care and I love them both because of they have provided the most uplifting care.

I go to the Russell County office and the Nurse Practioner, aka psychiatrist, will sarcastically question your concerns and problems as if they are living in your footsteps! How dare they second guess your issues as if you don't know what you're talking about. Their sole purpose is to analyze and diagnose you, not doubt you. The therapist will at least listen to you and give you advice, but the doctor will make snarky remarks to upset you more than you already are! Shame on them and this whole facility! I'd rather deal with my problems at hand than to be kicked while down.

I haven't been here, but I seen it had a 4.6. Well I'm trying to find a great therapist or counselor. I called the first and the lady told me to hold, so I waited almost 20 mins, so I hung up. If anyone knows a good therapist or counselor please let me know, so I'm rating it as a 1.0
