They are all friendly and smiles upfront but are inconsistent in the end. Was given rough estimates for quotes, received a bill by email and then still explained that all of that was wrong and in the end pay twice as much. For example, was told price was based off of time your kid took to test, but then when the bill came was explained that hours are based off of how long the doctor needed to process everything after test. So billing is off of time tested as well as amount of time doctor takes to do their paperwork. Signed the paperwork, saying bill would be between this amount but then was explained that was including discount even though signed paperwork does not say that at all and even the front desk said that was before discounts price. Lastly, explained concerns that my child had autism high functioning, but doctor only heard father has ADHD and only tested for that. They may get you in soon, but wait your time for quality.

Dr. Marshall and her nurse are wonderful. Dr. Marshall spent two hours with us. We are grateful to have an answer and know how to help our son going fwd. Was well worth the wait to get an appt.

Do not go. We was barely tested. Lied about hours tested. It was quick. They could barely test my child. We had to intervine. We then had a follow up. Got only 3 sentences about my daughter of years of medical issues with her on the last follow up appointment. . Our doctor even said what is this?? This is NO report?? I did not have the full report done at the last appointment to go over the written report. . It had taken almost 2 weeks to get the report done and constant calls after the final appointment . They had disregarded everything , lied about a ct scan my daughter never had after an injury , wrote nothing not including putting in my parent questionaire scores in this report and only had put in a school score ..thats it My daughter has lost memory and eye vision these past few months. Nothing important was mentioned for example like this besides 3 things on our follow up. This school wrote we can't grade her on her Iep due to her being sick a lot They only saw her for 2 hours and 45 minutes a day and that would be if she did attend school. She was registered in this school for 7 months and based my daughters issues off the school scores. Let me say this again. She was too sick to attend this school a lot due to her medical issues. THEN not only that they illegally faxed over my daughter's report knowing of my requests her files DO NOT be released to them and yes I hand delivered a note about it they cannot release and they called and acknowledged I wrote nobody gets this absolutely ridiculous report . Them releasing this report was a direct HIPPA violation sending her files out! I'd avoid this place!! Worst report we have seen and we have seen many!! P.s. We do foster children in our home. I will never use them again and we will never refer this place. Ever.

We absolutely love working with Katie! We have a foster son who has made vast improvements over the past few months. Plus the office admin is very on top of giving us reminder calls the day before every appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
