Claim your listing!This place is an absolute disaster, Front office staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when entering the building, They had no idea what my child did on the first day, didn’t even bother trying to tell us. The transition was awful Waiting area couch/Seats are covered in stains & bad odor. Even the supervisor had no clue on how to engage in a Formal conversation about my child. Seemed like no one had any authority, all the staff were just hanging out together behind the front desk, laughing and talking while we stood there for 10mins without being acknowledged. They didn’t even know what “ technician” my child was with for the day. It was a nightmare, I know our children need help, but this is not the place!

The staff at this facility are amazing!! Most importantly though is my son's Occupational Therapist (Christina) and Physical Therapist (Jeanine). These ladies have compassion in their work that my son enjoys coming to see them and raves about each session with them when he leaves. Taking the time to get to know him, his capabilities, and his learning styles, they have taught my son how to become more independent, assertive, and confident in himself. Usually discouraged with new tasks, my son has gained a sense of confidence through their work. I am truly blessed these ladies have come into our lives! Thank you both for the amazing work you do and all you have taught my son thus far.

Staff is very welcoming, caring and polite. They all collaborate and work together and you can tell they all get along, which makes therapy even more tolerable because of the uplifting environment. Therapists are not only very knowledgeable but take the time to really listen and discern.

The staff and care at Lattimore North Chili is unparalleled. My husband and I are currently both patients here, for vasting different injuries. The quality of care and knowledge of the staff is the best we have ever seen over our many many years of PT. But on top if that they are so friemdly and welcoming. They make you feel like family from the moment you step in the door. Truly unheard of in the world of fast-paced rushe em out the door health care. My hip injury has healed so well and I'm so strong that I've returned to playing ice hockey. Thank you Lattimore North Chili!
