Absolute worst staff. They will quit on your children. I don't think a majority of their staff understand how non-verbal children operate or the needs of children with autism. Had 2 teachers quit and the manager said she was terminating services all together. Didn't give the option for another behavior therapist. I would suggest going to another providers services. 0 out 10.

If you really want your child to achieve his/her goals, I would look for another company, to summarize everything, most of the staff make a lot of excuses and would cancel sessions last minute. 2nd of all, everything falls in its place, one of the RBT sent a text (on accident) to the supervisor but thank God I got that same text and she said how she didn’t feel like coming to give sessions for my son because another RBT told her that “I had complained too much the previous session” like , what the heck? I never complained about anything, I was just speaking up for my son and I tried to be so comprehensive when they would make whatever excuse just so that my son wouldn’t have sessions. If you don’t want to work at this field then LEAVE!! Anyways, the staff is all about gossiping so be careful out there !

This is an amazing company with amazing leadership and staff. We are so blessed to have Reach as my sons ABA team. My son was a little over 1 1/2 when we started therapy with them and they were so awesome at accommodating to the way my son learns by making sure that they were working with him at his level. If my son only understands something a certain way they will adjust the program to fit him and the way he understands things. Because of Reach’s flexibility and understanding that no kid learns the exact same way, my son has flourished and made exceptional progress in just one year. Lise has created the perfect team for my son in his ABA therapy. The supervisors that over see the sessions, Angela and Shanti are amazing at seeing where my son may need more help or see that they need to adjust how they are teaching him so that he understands it better. And they truly listen to my concerns and ideas and try to apply them in any way they can. The two therapists, Tram and Celina are so amazing with my son and you can clearly see that this is not just a job to them and they truly care about my son and want to help him to the best of their abilities. Tram is fluent in sign language and amazing at staying on top of teaching my son it even while completing all their tasks during sessions. She really helped my son and me for that matter use sign language for the areas of communication that is hard for my son. She finally help my son to communicate with us for the first time and I can’t thank her enough for that. Celina is like the Autism whisperer. She has a lot of prior experience working with children on the spectrum and because of that I feel she just gets them. She is really in tune to what my son might be feeling and adjusts his session to make my son feel more comfortable and still accomplish the days tasks at the same time. In fact she is so in tune with my son and what he’s feeling that she was the first one to get him to use the potty! Which if your a parent who has potty trained before you know how difficult that can be and even more so when the child can’t communicate that he or she has to go. So as you can see If your considering using ABA therapy for your child, Reach is definitely the company I would recommend. Sorry for the long winded review but if you read through till this point you understand why I can’t say enough about how blessed we are to have Reach helping my son to truly “Reach” his highest potential!

Working with Eilisie made our first experience with ABA a very smooth and fun learning experience. She truly cares about what your child’s needs are and she always went over and beyond to make sure we always had the right information to make the right decisions when it came to the well being of the children. She always made sure that the ABA staff was friendly, upbeat and always very professional to both the parents and the kids. She comes very highly recommend and anyone coming into the ABA service's, the parents and the child/children would be so lucky to have her work with them.
