Very rude, unprofessional, and very aggressive supervisor. Went in to inquire about services and was met with a nasty aggressive unnecessary behavior after waiting patiently for a hour. One of the nice staff whose body language looked like they were scared of her had to remind her i was there with my child. She got loud and laughed about my son covering his ears and when i walked out she aggressively walked up on my son in an intimidating manner trying to incite a reaction. I would never trust my child at this facility. And this isnt a one bad day incident, I could tell by the staffs expression they are scared of her. Someone like that should not be working there at all unfortunately you all are one of the aba offices that apparently careless. In response to you alls response thats convenient but this is the office I went to so not true. Its set up to probably be that way being that the door is alarm locked that you have to push the button to get in but its 2 chairs their a small office then you can through to the open lobby where theyre were a few kids sitting with some lady yelling at them which i noticed after waiting about 30 mins. A different staff was really nice let the woman in the office to the left know I was there whom initially asked that I want at those chairs and once more again when she apologized seeing me still sitting there and I was about to leave. I was told she said I could back to the office where she shut the door and carried on with an unprofessional ignorant demeanor. I got up left still remaining calm as I had my son with me which she had no respect for. I know exactly which location I went to. So if you all have a procedure that was not followed as it would have simple to say please call and schedule an appt then there is a serious problem with whats written and briefed in you alls business outline as oppose to whats actually happening. Don't deflect, do better !!

If you’re contemplating on working with RCG I’m here to tell you go for it! Ms. Brown was great communicating with us throughout the on boarding process. She made me feel like I made the best decision for my baby, I now know I did! They have been so helpful and understanding. We felt welcome at the tour as well as the onboarding process. My son loves going everyday and I love that for him!

I’m absolutely devastated that our time at RCG is coming to an end. I truly wish my son could stay here forever. The impact ABA therapy at RCG has had on our family is nothing short of life-changing. Thanks to the amazing team, we were able to get my son a communication device, reduce meltdowns, and help ease his anxiety in social situations. The growth we’ve seen in him has been incredible. Ms. Brown has been such a blessing throughout our journey. Her support, especially during the transition into school, was beyond helpful. Mr. Loving, our BCBA supervisor, is incredibly knowledgeable and played a vital role in preparing my son for this next chapter along with his daily behavior techs. We are forever grateful for everything RCG has done for our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated care for their child. Thank you, RCG, for changing our lives.
