Family member had her IEP here, regional Center of Orange County has been a tremendous support for those in need, and their families. Coordinator Michelle, suggested different services, based upon her clients needs. They help with respite, Orange County bus services, pre-preschool, you name it.

The supervisor of this place is a joke. The service coordinator was out for a year for medical leave. During the year she was out, I tried to contact her supervisor and NEVER received a response back.

Two of my kids received services from Regional Center. They were able to get speech and behavioral services. Very professional and very helpful on answering questions and getting connected with the specialists.

This place is a joke. I called them twice, on two different days, during business hours and nobody picked up. Left a voicemail and of course no call back. It has been weeks now.

Their staff and their programs are a joke, not kidding. They have mandated parent training meeting twice a month (mind you these are easy and high paying sessions by the insurance) and you MUST visit them directly for these sessions, which I am okay if they serve ANY value, but these sessions are a joke! They printout some materials and make you sit down like a child and read and fill it out, answer the questions, and they will ask you questions at the end to check if you have learnt anything or not. These materials I believe are the ones the RBTS use to get certified and forcing a parent to go through these is insane. Parent training are supposed to be learnt about your child, their needs and what helps and what does not to support them. Reading and answering some random paperwork is a joke. They have no answers when I ask how my child is doing, 2 months in and they keep saying that they are still learning about the child and have no updates to share. Parents have jobs and are short on time, expecting to sit there for 1 hour to go through some BS is insane. Also, most of the parents know a lot about what's already in the material. And they spend the 1 hour talking and asking us if we have any questions in the last 5 mins so they don't have to answer much. I thought it was a one off, but it happened every single time so it clearly is a strategy. My child had made NO progress with their time here and I pulled off after learning about the BCBAs, this is a great place for the staff because they can get away without doing any work, but not a great place for the child. They are more focused on opening multiple locations rather doing the bare minimum for the child. Avoid this place like plague.

This center was our first introduction to the ABC family and what a great one it was! From the first phone call, I felt a great sense of peace enrolling my son here. The staff are genuine, attentive and well informed. When we moved further away the Operations Manager Chuk worked diligently to find solutions that would help afford our family an opportunity to stay within the ABC family. In short, they truly care and are committed to the well being of our littles. I am so thankful for this team and the wonderful care shown to my son.

Since our sons diagnosis, we have been searching for resources for him to help him in anyway we could. Action Behavior Centers of Lake Wylie has been the answer to our prayers for our son. He has grown and progressed so much in just a short amount of time, and he is always happy and smiling while he’s there. Above all, they truly love and care for him. All of this is made possible by his amazing BCBA Ashley Walton who guides and programs his therapy, loves on him daily and encourages us constantly with his progress. I could not have asked for a better for my son! And to say he loves it there is an understatement. We are beyond grateful for the care and support we are getting from Ashley and everyone at ABC Lake Wylie!

Our daughter has been attending ABC for a few months and we have fallen in love with this facility and team! We're thrilled to see her make so much progress, and we feel confident in the team who treats us as if we're family. Whenever we speak with someone, no matter how serious or trivial the topic of conversation, we receive the same level of total attention and care. We absolutely cannot recommend ABC enough.
