Zarah is wonderful! Her knowledge and intuition with my child’s speech progress has been life changing. Not only has she helped my child through their speech issue but she has been an amazing friend and ally through all of the challenges that come with it. A million thanks to her and her team!

Such a wonderful place! They got us seen quickly and working with my twins at their daycare. The daycare workers snd myself are so impressed by Matthew and I’ve seen huge improvements with my kids speech! Definitely recommend Reno Tahoe therapy!

I have been so impressed with Reno Tahoe Therapy Group! My four year old daughter has been going to speech for only a few months, and has already made great progress. She looks forward to speech, as Mrs. Zarah creates a fun and engaging learning environment. If you are looking for speech services for your child, I’d highly recommend Reno Tahoe Therapy Group.

Not sure if the business itself is good or not but I’ve attempted to contact them over a week now and no response. I’ve left 3 voicemails sent an email and called multiple times. No answer or reply.

Mrs. Zarah has been great with our daughter! She seems to care for her patients. Our daughter has always felt comfortable during her sessions and leaves with a smile on her face! Mrs. Zarah makes learning fun and we have seen a lot of progress during our time with her.

I honestly can say Magnolia has been such a blessing to my family. My two autistic children are THRIVING and it’s all thanks to them!! The BT’s have become like family and the BCBA is amazing. I am so happy with the services my children are receiving and so thankful for Magnolia ❤️

Chelsea Deaconson consistently goes above and beyond to support my son and me on our autism journey. I can not express the extent of the positive impact her involvement has been and the depths to which I depend on her consult. I can’t imagine where we would be without her influence and support.

My child has been attending the DuPont location for the past 3 years. The staff is very communicative, receptive and has a positive attitude. I have witnessed my child grow and flourish since starting services at this location.

This review is regarding the Dupont location. This facility did not meet my son’s needs nor my needs as a parent. I was disappointed with his sessions with a particular therapist (behavior technician). My 4-year-old son is not fully potty-trained and was not taken on potty breaks during his sessions even though I specified that this was an area he needed help in. When I would pick him up afterwards, his pull-up diaper would be soiled and very bulky; this was very upsetting to me. My child’s behavior became worse while he was there (more tantrums/aggression) when he normally had minimal to no problems beforehand while in school. The behavior tech was neglectful, indifferent, and I feel she didn’t have a nurturing spirit for a person working with autistic children. Also, a major concern is that their front entrance is not secure. Any person or child can freely walk in and out of the door. There is no help desk clerk or administrative assistant permanently present to check in with or watch the door for safekeeping which made me extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I ended up taking our son out of this center because of these problems. I felt it was important that I disclose this information for any mothers like me who just want to make sure their child is in good hands and won’t settle for anything less. I truly hope they improve the center’s security and are more attentive to the care of each child. I also would tell this facility to please keep in mind the Autism phrase “Different, Not Less”.
