My provider, who I see virtually, is fantastic and we work well together, which is the only reason for two stars and not one. This physical location is NOT accessible to folks who use mobility devices. It is NOT wheelchair accessible at all, despite what the description says. There is a small ramp to the back door, which is not the main entrance. It goes to the staff break room, and when I dared to use the only accessible door, I got some not so friendly looks from everyone there. Wheelchairs have to cross grass to get to the ramp, and it is too narrow to accommodate larger electric chairs (which I sometimes use). It absolutely does not meet ADA guidelines. The woman who works at the front desk is very kind and let me in because I had a friend with me who went around front, but if I had traveled alone on the bus with my chair, I would not have been able to access the building. Please avoid this practice if you are disabled.

I've been working with Jana for 2 years now and she has been fundamental to me being able to be successful in a graduate program but also just in life itself. I've been in and out of mental health services since I was a teen, but she was the first person to accurately diagnose me on our first visit. She feels like talking to a friend rather than a doctor or therapist. The practice itself is very welcoming and doesn't feel at all like a doctor's office, making it very calming to be in and feels like a true healing space. Front desk staff is also wonderful, so welcoming when you come in and really cares about the patients and their wellbeing. It's clearly more than just a job to this team, they are truly passionate about their jobs and helping others.
