Wasted 18 months of our lives while they told us they offered in home services but really my son was their guinea pig as they were a clinic trying to pull off in home services. Unfortunately none of their staff is trained appropriately for this setting or school so beware what they tell them. Again, Rula the owner, extremely disrespectful. Talks over parents and dismisses any concerns. Jen, the BCBA, is a contracted employee who only does virtual and doesn’t care enough to come to our house to help the RBT. She emailed the testing and evaluations to me the parent to complete on her behalf. What a disservice this organization is to the autism community. Taking advantages of families who don’t know better and have a new diagnosis. Shame on all of you.

The facility seemed amazing while on tour. Once we were contacted by Rula the director that's where everything changed. She seemed to be triggered by the word trial. She danced around my questions, talked over me and hung up on me when she stated the next step was an assesment. I specifically asked if they are doing a trial before they decide to accept my children. The answer is yes even though she avoided answering the question.

My son has been receiving ABA therapy at AIA, and we’ve had a great experience. The staff is kind, professional, and truly cares about the kids. His therapist is patient and makes sessions enjoyable while helping him make real progress. I also appreciate how they involve parents and keep us updated. Highly recommend AIA for families looking for quality, compassionate ABA services.

We are incredibly grateful for the support and guidance our child has received from the team at Arizona Institute for Autism. The professionalism and dedication of the team have made a remarkable difference in our child's development. They truly care about each child's growth and tailor their approach to meet individual needs. Our child has made significant strides in communication and social skills, and we couldn't be happier with the positive impact they've had on our family. Highly recommend AIA.

We love AIA, you can expect amazing staff and a clean facility. Along with a safe environment for your children. We love the mission behind AIA and feel like there’s no other place here in Arizona that does what they do here.
