THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I don't know why Kaiser directly refers Senseabilities to patients when there are clearly other waaaay better choices out there. A lot of the Kaiser patients actually requested to transfer somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and don't even try this place.

Since the moment that I walked into that place for the first time, I knew that it was the right place for my son and I was not wrong! This place and the people there are just SO amazing, caring, and friendly! My son has improved so much and he definitely loves it there.

We love everything about this place! The staff is absolutely amazing and so patient with our son. We felt lost before we brought our son here and now we feel so much hope for his future. We have learned many tools to help our child grow. Our son adores this place and everyone in it. It is a parents number one wish to feel like their child is safe and loved and we truly feel like that at Actions! He also rates it a 5 out of 5!

We completed one year at this center and we LOVED it ! We miss them all specially Ms.Ingrid who lights up the day for every single parent and child who goes through the door . I could be having a difficult morning getting my son inside the clinic and Ms Ingrid would greed us and call for help right away. We appreciate Carina Ramos BCBA who helped my son meet many goals and specifically getting him potty trained!!

It’s ridiculous how long it takes to get seen here to get help for your child. I feel like I just got the run around and canceled on and pushed back further and further to now be moved to a further location for my son to get seen and get the help he needs. It’s frustrating and upsetting that these places do this to start you at one location and than tell you sorry we’re filled up here your gonna have to go to our other location that’s further. It’s sad how all these places work when all you’re trying to do is get help for your child.

I reached out to this facility to inquire about ABA therapy, but unfortunately, they do not currently accept Tricare. Despite that, I still wanted to leave a positive review because Ms. Ingrid, the Client Admission Associate, went above and beyond to help me. She personally emailed me an extensive list of ABA clinics in El Paso, autism-related books and podcasts, and even a list of sensory-friendly places in the area. Her kindness and willingness to provide resources, even knowing I couldn’t use their services, truly impressed me. I can’t thank her enough for her support. I hope this facility will accept Tricare patients in the future!
