This place is the biggest runaround I've ever experienced. It's just under qualified people trying to make money off another person suffering. Adding insult to injury the receptionist is completely incompetent. Unable to answer questions about appointment details or even communicate in a understandable manner. O out of ten wish I could give less then 1 star. The mental health care appears to just be a joke here. This place really is the last ditch resort and even then I don't think it could do much good, better off talking to a rubber duck.

I have a relative who goes there. They have 2 nurse practitoners. One of which talks about the clinical aspects of treatment but obviously has no idea about the mental aspects of treatment. Apparently dealing with patients concerns about medication and the process of changing from to another, is too much trouble for someone who works in the mental health field.

Heather Brown the psychiatrist is not professional and has a lousy attitude. Unable to smile and does not really care about the patient as put forth by her demeanor. She does not validate the patient's concerns. When confronted with a patient's concerns about suicide, she just sits there & says nothing! Never go to her!
