My little goes here and within a year has thrived. At start, they were non verbal, short but loud outbursts, couldn't play with toys with intention. 1 yr later, speaking words regularly, knows who I am, can verbalize wants at times, can regulate emotions, plays and speaks with intention. Worked with Zoe & Pamela for OT at first but is now with Madyson and mostly Ericka and Hailey for speech at first but has since been with Erika and Marissa. Staff including the front desk are so kind, compassionate, understanding and patient. They allow my little to work at their pace/self lead but will also push them when need be. 14-15 months later and by son has made a complete 360°. Grateful for SmallTalk and have since referred 2 other families to the Scripps location.

Miss Anna & Miss Gerica are the best! My 2 year old daughter loves both of them so much & is always happy to come. The front desk gals are super friendly and helpful as well :) Definitely would recommend for any parent looking for a center for speech!

As a parent to a child who gets services at the Scripps Ranch location for a few years. The receptionists along with teachers have been amazing and helped me in time of need when navigating new challenges and triumphants. We love the outside fun as well, like SkyZone or Santa meets, we are appreciative. We recommend SmallTalk Scripps Ranch as much as possible to those who need it for their child.
