My children love their therapist. But do to them being sick with proof of it the company let my children go. It so difficult for my children especially my son who has autism to trust people. Kids get sick and it should be very reasonbile when they are. But they were just removed from the facility. 😔

WOW I'm so glad I listened and waited for therapy from Smile- the therapists have been outstanding- kind compassionate and most importantly really really good. Our family are so happy to have found them. We're doing the early start Denver model and it has been LIFE CHANGING! Hope everyone knows about it sooner rather than later.

Trying to schedule with them is near to impossible, no compassion for new families who are learning and trying to figure out the best needs for ones kid. The scheduler was not helpful and didn't follow up after leaving a voicemail. So I lost any opportunity to establish care. Trying to figure out ride and school is not easy and to add therapy. Scheduler was not compassionate at all. I could argue but why no need to establish care and deal with a scheduler with little kindness. I think she was more upset that I was asking for specific times and not getting what she offered. It didn't work with my son's school yet she wanted me to just take it and leave her alone... weird.

ok i am in complete shock i don't know where to start . But i want to make sure everyone is aware what i am about to say before they enroll their children here. I am very dissatisfied with the staff in this office . The front desk/scheduling are very rude. They don't know how to schedule or communicate with the parents. They will cancel your session 10 min before your session starts and when even if you call back right away to see why/what happen and that there must be some kind of confusion from their part or mistake they end up telling you they are unaware of what happened and why but your therapist has been relocated already and there are no more therapists available for todays session so your out of luck.

officially state that tomorrow( Wednesday) is going to be the last session for Joseph Dat Phan. It takes a babysitter to drive Joseph to session(25-30 minutes each way because off traffic) and it takes 25 minutes or less for therapy to work with Joseph. Joseph co-pay is $50 each session and last week i being charged extra $35 for being late( because the tire was flat and we need to charge cars) and I called Marcus so he knew that Joseph was late for 6 minutes. The therapy was short that day less than 17 minutes!!!! What a joke! I have autistic son and I was waiting for turn for about 11 months. Please avoid this place. Waist of my and my sons time

My son has been with Joy and Laughter for two years, and this clinic has truly changed his life. He started with speech therapy, and every speech therapist he’s had has been amazing. He now uses his AAC device confidently, is approximating new words, and his communication growth has reduced so many behaviors. The progress he’s made in speech is unbelievable. We began occupational therapy earlier this year, and Ms. Elise has been nothing short of incredible. She is gentle, patient, and extremely knowledgeable—not only in OT and sensory regulation, but also in feeding and communication skills. She takes time to answer every question I ask, explains everything beautifully, and gives me practical ideas I can use at home. I’ve learned so much from her, and it has helped me support my son’s sensory needs, communication, and regulation in such meaningful ways. Her guidance has helped both my son and me as a parent, and we are seeing the results every day. I also want to recognize Zita from scheduling—she has been wonderful at helping us adjust schedules, set up co-treatments, and always finds a way to make things work. The OT/speech co-treatment sessions have been amazing for my son, and I appreciate her coordination more than she knows. The front desk team, Alma and Marco, are always so friendly, helpful, and bilingual, which is such a blessing for many families. Everyone we’ve met—even on makeup days or through billing—has been kind, professional, and supportive. Joy and Laughter is a place I trust completely. My son is growing and learning here, and I always recommend this clinic to any family looking for OT or speech services. We love it here and don’t plan on going anywhere else. Thank you, Joy and Laughter, for everything you’ve done for my son.

Feeding therapist Jennifer Lewis:- Our two-month-old baby was seen by Jennifer Lewis for feeding issues, as we were having a hard time with bottle feeding and were referred by our pediatrician. We were quickly arranged an appointment after the intake process. Jennifer pinpointed the issue on our first visit and gave practical suggestions, showing a lot of sympathy and professionalism. She listened to our questions and concerns patiently and responded thoroughly, so we learned a lot from her. We cannot thank her enough for her help. Tip: A video visit is possible if the baby's schedule doesn't work out; we used this option for one of our follow-up appointments! The clinic :- the intake process is well-organized. Many questions are asked to ensure a thorough evaluation. Fees are disclosed before scheduling.

Jennifer Lewis has been an absolute blessing for our family. As part of our children's care team, she's someone we trust completely. When we raised concerns about our boys that other medical professionals had brushed aside, Jennifer took us seriously and diagnosed tongue ties that no one else had caught. This diagnosis transformed everything for our kids. What sets Jennifer apart is her combination of deep expertise and genuine compassion. She's patient and kind, yet remarkably effective in her approach. We've watched our children make significant progress in their feeding abilities and physical growth thanks to her care. Her calm, reassuring presence has been invaluable to us as parents navigating the stress and worry that comes with feeding challenges. Every appointment leaves us—both kids and parents—feeling supported and encouraged.
