Claim your listing!Would not recommend.. Staff is terrible from higher ups to the actual behavior techs. Higher ups like Andrea, Samantha, Will, they do not actually care about the kids. Regular staff seem to be irritated by certain kids and are mean to certain kids.

As a parent of a nonverbal child with autism, Golden Steps has been truly transformative for our family. My son has made remarkable progress, a testament to their exceptional individualized care. Golden Steps meticulously tailors their approach to his specific needs, fostering growth and enabling him to engage with the world in ways we hadn't imagined. Their outstanding facilities, including sensory rooms and a well-equipped gym, provide an ideal therapeutic environment. The dedicated and knowledgeable team is what truly sets them apart. Their compassionate expertise ensures my son feels understood and cherished, bringing him genuine happiness every day. We wholeheartedly recommend Golden Steps for any family seeking an exceptional experience and profound developmental impact for their child.

I love Golden Steps. I know there is reservation about ABA therapy as I did have that, but I have seen a complete change within my son and I began with sessions at my house then transferred to the school setting so I was able to be present. I have no complaints and I would highly recommend this facility to others. My RBT, the BCBA, everyone has been wonderful and my son has benefited extremely and I implore other parents to take a look into Golden Steps!!

We do in-home therapy and we could not have asked for a better team for our son! They are amazing and so dedicated to my son and his progress. Dispute the stigmatism around ABA therapy the Golden Steps team has proved ABA is not like it used to be. Our team fosters love, support, understanding, patience, and real progress that meets our son exactly where he is. The administrative staff has done very well in their communication and has responded to all requests and concerns (if ever any) promptly and respectfully. We have had the same team for over a year. To me that shows Golden Steps fosters a good work environment that encourages long term employment in an industry that typically sees high turnover rates. We could not be more grateful to Golden Steps.

My kids have been going to golden steps for about a month and it has made a huge improvement in the way they act. Not only are they worming with our kids they are working with us and teaching us better ways to interact and deal with situations. The RBTs are great and my kids love them. They get excited to go see them in the mornings. I have not had any issues with pick up and drop off so far. I don't usually leave reviews for things online unless I have a crappy experience. Golden steps has mad a positive impact on my family's lives.

My kids just started here and they absolutely love it! There is so much for them to do throughout the day and all kinds of toys that help them practice life skills. I really appreciate how much time and effort their therapists put into bonding with my sons as well as their patience with all the behaviors that come along with an autism diagnosis. Important updates and schedule changes are emailed so quickly I almost never have to ask, which is huge for me! The layout is awesome; my kids really enjoy being outside and the courtyard in the middle of the building definitely influenced my decision to send them here. Love the vibes, love the people, will always recommend 😊
