She is generous, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond for the families she serves, as well as the staff she mentors. Her decades of experience in ABA in addition to being a parent who has navigated raising a child with autism make her guidance truly exceptional. Her commitment speaks for itself—and those ready for growth and meaningful change couldn’t be in better hands.

My child attended this ABA for a month.. There were a few incidents that were not documented. Such as, on his 1st day his head was sat on by another peer and nobody noticed till he started screaming. Another incident where he was crying so hard... for 15mins and instead of being redirected he continued crying hard to the point of stress hives (which hes never had before), and his last day when female peer was pushing and pulling on him causing a bruise on his elbow. The staff checked his body for injury after incident and played it off as an old bruise. None of those incidents where documents, only verbally told to me. I asked to have them in writing for my records and was denied. Owner of the company stated "I will, however, be speaking with the team tomorrow during our meeting in regards to the incident in the sensory room as there should be much more interference regarding peer interaction and ensuring that all children are playing safely." He had 1 incident that caused a huge lump on his eye. He appeared to have been hit by another peer. When I showed up to pick him up they tried to tell me it was a stress hive, I said he was obviously punched in the eye. None of staff were around to witness what actually happened. These children are not being closely watched. They do 2 children on 1 technician and they don't group the children based off their poor behavior. After leaving aba my child picked up all the bad behaviors the other children had that he did not have upon begining treatment. My child was traumatized. I am posting here because there was absolutely zero accountability taken upon by staff management and owner of the company. The owner Angela failed to address my greivances with any empathy or compassion. These are our children and they have no voice. Save yourself the heartache and trauma and do not bring your child to this clinic.
