My family has used the Sachs Center twice with different diagnosticians. We have also been through a multi-day assessment with an in-person diagnostician from a different center. The experience at Sachs was strongly positive and a good alternative to the higher cost, higher burden, and longer wait assessment at an in-person diagnostic center. At Sachs, we were able to get high-quality validated neuroassessments conducted in ways that honored our needs and challenges.

Getting ADHD testing at the Sachs Center in New York was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The process was not as scary as I made it in my head and went smooth from the start, and the staff made me feel truly heard and supported. My evaluator was compassionate and incredibly insightful, which helped me better understand myself in ways I hadn’t before. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and they gave me an email guiding me through the process. I filled out a lot of forms before I went to my appointment, but it helped give them a more in depth diagnosis during my evaluation where they had a few more forms purely necessary for the appointment at that time. The doctor I had was very welcoming, informative, and understanding. I would definitely recommend the sachs center to others if they are looking to be evaluated for ADHD and/or autism.
