I absolutely love this place for my daughter. They are accommodating, respond quick to my emails, and patient with kids. My daughter enjoys going to her speech sessions. She runs right into the door and goes straight into the room. Even if she shows up early her therapist stop what she's doing and pays attention to her. The staff is welcoming and understanding. I highly recommend Speech Solutions Kapolei!

Let’s just say that first impressions really do leave lasting impressions! From our very 1st steps through the front door…to our time spent at our evaluation appointment we have had nothing but thee best interactions! I’ve had the privilege of meeting and speaking with the owner Trini for over an hour.. she was sweet and very nice to me, I was able to ask everything I wanted.. for a parent it’s really nice to have had that opportunity especially with the owner of the establishment. Ms. Suzy (speech therapist) is nothing but the best fit for my son :).

Some of the therapists are generally kind, considerate and helpful. The structure of the company has major ethical issues from professional and personal conduct all the way to billing. I’m not really sure how Tara has made a 5 star review for the company she works for it’s a conflict of interests. In my experience with this company they have failed to provide access to records and information. I recommend you look at your medical billing and how they’re trying to bill you and your insurance company. You might be able to catch a bunch of money grab plays they deploy.

I absolutely ADORE Ms.Rae. She has been so amazing with my son from 1.5 years old to now almost 3. He has improved so much because of her. She has the most calming personality and makes kids feel at home immediately. My son loves her more than me at times lol. I’m basically dog shit on the bottom of his shoe when Ms. Rae is around lol. She has helped him with speech and he went from grunting to now talking in full sentences because of her.

Rae has been an incredible support over the past several months as we’ve navigated my son’s speech delay. He feels comfortable with her and always enjoys his sessions. She makes learning fun and engaging and we have seen so much progress! Rae is truly passionate about her work. She’s patient, consistent, and always follows through with any needed documentation. Her communication is excellent, and she keeps us informed every step of the way. We’re so grateful for her!

Lisa and Hannah have been absolutely wonderful with our child! He has made so much progress and flourished with their help. It makes me tear up every time someone mentions how much his speech has improved. Hannah is always so welcoming and supportive with not only our child but with us. I could not ask for a better team and I cannot recommend them enough.

Incredibly great service. Lisa is so knowledgeable and patient with our daughter. With Lisa's help our daughter's speech has greatly improved and continues to show tremendous progress with her overall speech . Speech Solution has brought such a great service to Lawrence and we are very grateful for their presence . We highly recommend them.
