After years of struggling, Melissa Morgan was the only person (therapist or doctor) to really get my son to succeed! Even when we realized the issue was beyond just traditional pelvic floor therapy, Melissa was so supportive of my son and didn't give up on him! We are so pleased!

Billing challenges. Never return phone calls. Requested a breakdown of our signed contract, never sent it. Would not recommend.

The new lady at the front desk is very rude. Cristy or crispy. I’ve come several times early and seen instructors just sitting and talking not working with the kids. They often end sessions 15-20 minutes early when they’re getting paid for the full time. They could never remember my child’s name and even call my child by their name. DO NOT RECOMMEND . They’ve gone down hill the past year. 1/10

I highly recommend them. My daughter started when they first opened and she wasn’t talking at all and now she’s saying more words than ever. She still has (Speech) problems but she’s getting there. Staff is very friendly. The place is always clean. The team is very helpful. I appreciate them very much.

Since birth, our son has been in physical therapy, and we faced many challenges finding the right fit to help improve his strength and motor skills. After researching pediatric physical therapy earlier this year, we decided to give Little Steps a try—and it has been the best decision we’ve made. Our son sees Jamie twice a week, and he absolutely adores her. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and kind, with an exceptional ability to connect with our son. In just a few months, we've seen rapid progress. Jamie keeps him engaged with creative ways to hold his attention and provides nurturing support when he faces challenges. She meets him where he is, never forcing him to do an activity or exercise when he’s not ready, but instead adjusting her approach to gently redirect his focus. The entire staff at Little Steps greets us warmly at every session, building strong bonds with our son. He thrives on the attention and affection from each team member, and it warms our hearts to see how deeply they care about him. At Little Steps, our son is never just a "number" or part of a checklist—he’s genuinely valued, and his accomplishments are celebrated. We are committed to Little Steps for all of our son's therapy needs, and we would never seek physical, occupational, or speech therapy anywhere else. If you’re considering this team, we wholeheartedly recommend it. Don’t miss the opportunity to give your child the exceptional care that we have been fortunate enough to experience.

My son has been seeing Jaime for PT for about 4 months now and I can’t say enough great things. She has helped me learn to sit, stand, crawl, you name it and does it with patience and grace. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful and going there is nothing short of calming for worried parent's. Can’t recommend them enough.
