Claim your listing! The BT who comes to my house to teach my child often chitchats with their supervisor. Every time they come for a session, they have to turn on their video with the supervisor, under the guise that the supervisor needs to guide and oversee the teaching process. Sometimes they randomly send a temporary BT to my house who is completely unprepared, which comes across as highly unprofessional. Secondly, their BTs are frequently late but still demand that I sign off on full attendance at the end of the session. Furthermore, they often send me completely inexperienced BTs who have received no prior training or evaluation; they are essentially using my home as a training ground while completely ignoring my child. When I refused to accept this new BT, the agency started retaliating against us in new ways.

This company has demonstrated multiple serious issues in the services they provide, which has been extremely disappointing. First, the BT assigned to provide in-home therapy for my child frequently engages in non-work-related conversations with the supervisor during sessions. Nearly every session requires a video call with the supervisor, supposedly for guidance and oversight, but in reality, it takes up a significant portion of the therapy time and negatively impacts the quality of the session. Secondly, the company occasionally sends substitute BTs on short notice, but these individuals arrive completely unprepared and unfamiliar with my child’s needs, which comes across as highly unprofessional. In addition, BTs are frequently late, yet at the end of the session, I am still asked to sign off as if the session was completed in full. This is clearly inaccurate and unacceptable. More concerning is that the company repeatedly assigns inexperienced BTs who have not received proper training or evaluation. My home is effectively being used as a training site, while my child’s needs and progress are largely ignored. When I refused to continue accepting these unqualified BTs, the company responded with what appeared to be retaliatory actions against us, which is deeply concerning. These ongoing issues not only reflect poor service quality but also raise serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and ethical standards.
