Therapist was friendly but ultimately unhelpful. Never gave us any concrete things we could do to better our situation. We also have a child on a waitlist and its been so long I don't believe we will ever get a call.

A love one of mine had a terrible experience here. Nurses are extremely rude over the phone. Make the individual feel worse than they already do. Provider gave instructions at appointment and told to follow up in a month. Called to follow ... More

There are wonderful therapists here! I have been so impressed by the staff and Dr. Majors and other therapists here in the FdL office. It took a bit to get in but it has been so worth the wait.

After searching for weeks, I landed myself at this facility for Autism testing for female adults. This is something very inaccessible, and hard to find. I waited a year. My first appointment was supposed to be the 12th, but today on the ... More

Fond Du Lac Wisconsin behavioral health department Is amazing to work with. Shannon, the RN is always very kind and helpful and works very fast to get me the help that I need with medication refills or appointment appointments with April Riggs.

My son is undergoing ABA therapy, but this clinic doesn't have a good staff. They're always canceling sessions with the excuse that they don't have enough staff. And when they don't have enough staff, they make up illnesses for the children to get them out of therapy early. One time, my son woke up feeling great after breakfast and was doing great. That afternoon, they asked me to pick him up early because he had a sneeze and a runny nose. I got there and he was doing great and didn't have a runny nose. Today, they asked me to pick him up early because I said he had hand, mouth, and foot disease, but in fact, he has eczema. He's doing great, has no fever, and is running, jumping, and playing. I honestly don't understand this clinic. They've already warned me not to take him on Monday because we won't have staff for therapy. And another thing: the receptionists are always frowning and treat you with discrimination.

My grandson Jaxson went here for two years. He was there from ages 6-8. He is nonverbal. Since being at Hopebridge, his behavior has improved. He now speaks a few words. The staff is awesome and very loving. I would recommend this center to anyone!

I called once a week for over 2 months to get my autistic child reevaluated since they did the first evaluation. They do not answer phone calls and do not return messages. The voicemail box for option 2, to inquire about services, has been full for at least 2 months, probably more. It has become evident to me that the staff at the Westerville Hopebridge location are incompetent and sincerely do not care to do their jobs which is to provide services to disabled children. I have completely given up on even considering Hopebridge as an option for services.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! First off, no one ever answered my phone calls! They would only send automated emails for everything. I had my child set and on the wait list back in September 2023 and they emailed me and let me know that the insurance checked out and that they would be placed on the diagnostic wait list. At that point everything was ok other than the fact that no one answers the phone. I went to the facility location in to make sure everything was still fine. The lady at the desk reassured me that my child would most likely have their diagnostic assessment in January. Well its now January and I never heard anything so I decide to drive to the facility again only to be told that they are not accepting clients with my child's insurance at this time, and that they dropped them from the wait-list in December!!! NO ONE called me or emailed me to talk about this. I wouldn't have found out if I didn't go to the facility!!! Completely unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend this company!!! Complete waist of time.

If I would have been aware in advance of the unfortunate insurance billing practices of this provider I would not have utilized them for my child’s services. I went through the motions and verified this provider is approved through my insurance. However because the provider they assigned to have show up and complete my child’s assessment is out of network they apparently expect me to pay an over $300 dollar bill. Even worse, I received no notification of this billing from hopebridge until after 90 days. I called billing for over two weeks with no response and have only been able to receive a response via email. It is clear their intention is to move my account directly to collections and pressure me to pay with the threat of impacting my credit. These tactics show at best this place is a disorganized mess and at worse they are predatory.
